MINOR PROTECTION

Wanting to protect our loved ones is a basic human nature, especially when they're young and potentially vulnerable. This includes protecting them from themselves.

Trusts can be put in place to provide maintenance, education and accumulation of funds, controlled for a loved one until they reach the appointed age, between 18 and 25 years old.  These could start while you're living or upon your death and are a reassuring method of knowing your young loved ones will be financially safe as they grow.
