EXECUTOR & TRUSTEE SUPPORT

An Executor, along with any other Executors if appointed, will administer an Estate after the death of the Testator or Testatrix.

A Trustee, along with at least one other Trustee (minimum of two and maximum of four) will administer a Trust for the Settlor, (Trustee creator). A Trustee must ensure all their duties are carried out in line with legislation and the Trust is managed to the benefit of the beneficiaries.
